The workshop goals are:
- to get basic understanding of Scaling Agile;
- to practice with mandatory SAFe ceremonies as Program Increment planning (PI planning), Scrum of Scrums, and others.
- practicing with creating an Agile team, planning the Iterations, backlog refinement and grooming, etc.
- practicing with Scrum (Kanban) ways of working with all mandatory ceremonies, as daily; sprint planning, review and retrospective.
Submission:
You are welcome to submit your research or descriptive papers, based on the scientific, academic or industrial contributions. Both types of papers should treat with the following workshop topics according the manage complex software development projects, as:
- Incremental, Iterative development.
- Scaling Agile: scaled scrum, large, scaled scrum, scaled agile framework, etc.
- Project, program, portfolio and people management.
- Agile ways of working, etc.
- Building an Agile team
- Executing the program increment
Descriptive papers (5-6 pages): these papers should propose an innovative approach, case study or industry experience.
Research papers (8-12 pages): should propose the results of any research of the workshop’s topics.

Publication
